Allow pork chops to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes before cooking. Season pork chops both sides with salt, pepper and cumin. Place a large sauté pan over medium high heat, add oil to pan. When oil is hot add 2-3 pork chops to pan, careful not to overcrowd, allowing chops to sear and brown properly. Cook 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown, then set aside. To same pan add the broth, lower heat to medium, and scrape pan with wooden spoon bringing up all the brown bits. Add garlic, jalapeno, thyme, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, pinch of salt and pepper, stir to combine and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in butter to melt, taste and adjust salt to taste. To serve place pork chops on a platter, pour sauce over the top and enjoy!
