For cake, heat oven to 325°F. In large mixing bowl, combine all cake batter ingredients and mix with whisk until well combined. Set aside.
For flan batter, put all ingredients in blender and blend on high 30 seconds to combine. Spray 10-inch non-stick Bundt cake pan with cooking spray. Pour cake batter into pan and then pour flan batter into pan. Do not mix, flan batter will sink to bottom of pan on its own. Place cake pan on baking sheet and bake 45 to 50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from heat and let cool 30 minutes.
For sauce, pour all ingredients into medium saucepan and place over medium-low heat. Stir to combine. Simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool 5 minutes.
To serve, carefully invert cooled cake onto serving platter. Drizzle with half of sauce. Serve remaining sauce on side and enjoy!
