To a food processor fit with a steel blade add red peppers, garlic, cilantro, basil, jalapeno and walnuts and pulse a few times. Next add salt, pepper and parmesan and pulse a couple of more times. Now with processor on low drizzle olive oil in slowly through the feed tube until all well combined.
Toss pesto with your favorite shaped pasta, sprinkle with an additional pinch of salt, a little extra parmesan and enjoy!
*Add shredded meat from a store bought rotisserie chicken for a little something extra!
